Queen Elizabeth National Park, is rich with wildlife such as warthog, water buck, bush buck, lions, kobs, elephants, countless bird species and even the rare giant forest hog. It is also home to the famous Kazinga channel which connects Lake Edward and George. The many nearby crater lakes and Rwenzori mountain range provide a beautiful backdrop for your journey.

Set off to Queen Elizabeth National park, this park is one of the most interesting destinations to visit while in Uganda, it is well known for its wildlife, beautiful scenery and landscape. You will drive directly to the park through the districts Masaka and Mbarara. Get to the park in time for lunch, check in to your accommodation, refresh, have lunch and relax for a while. Later, set out for the evening game drive in the Mweya section of the park, expect to see a variety of animals such as water buck, bush buck, lions, kobs, elephants and buffalos. And end your day whilst watching the sunset across the savannah plains.

Overnight: Mweya safari lodge, Bush lodge/ Parkview Safari lodge.

Early this morning as the sun is creeping up over the savannah you head out in your safari vehicle for an early game drive before the animal retreat from the sun. A bush breakfast will be served to you overlooking the wilderness of the savannah. The rest of the morning can be spent exploring the savannah wilderness in your specially designed safari Vehicle.

Drive back to the lodge for your Mid-day lunch, relax for a while and later go for a leisurely boat cruise along the spectacular Kazinga Channel. You will encounter herds of elephant, buffalos and antelopes, families of warthogs, large groups of hippos, and crocodiles basking on the shore and a variety of birds, including many migratory species. The cruise also provides a remarkable view of the beautiful Mweya Peninsula and life in local fishing villages set along the banks.

Overnight: Mweya safari lodge, Bush lodge/ Parkview Safari lodge.

Following your late luxurious breakfast from the lodge, check out and enjoy a morning game drive as you drive out of the park, and transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe, you will have a stopover in Mbarara at Igongo Cultural Centre / Agip motel for lunch, thereafter continue and have a second stopover at the Equator for the Equator experience and curio shopping. Continue to Kampala/Entebbe – drop off at your desired destination.
